Sesame soaking tanks are large, food-grade tanks or basins used to soak sesame seeds in a saline (saltwater) solution. The purpose of this process is to:• Loosen and remove the seed hulls (outer shells)• Hydrate the seeds and prepare them for subsequent processing steps such as washing, drying, and roasting These tanks are equipped with an integrated mechanical agitator that continuously stirs the seeds, ensuring uniform soaking and efficient hull removal. The rotary sesame washing machine cleans sesame seeds by removing hulls, dirt, and impurities through rotary agitation and high-pressure water spraying. The machine features a stainless steel drum equipped with internal blades and spray nozzles to ensure thorough and uniform washing of the sesame seeds. This machine is a critical stage in the sesame processing line prior to drying.
